What do you like about your Southwest YMCA experience?

It is always up to you! Do you long for a trimmer waist line, a better mood, better health,
or just to stay and be active and to lead a happy life style. Maybe just maybe you might
want to consider the Y... If you have tried other avenues and are not yet happy with your
results then just maybe the Y could help. It is up to you!

The evening can be crowded, but the equipment is fairly well maintained and everyone is respectful of the other lifters. 9/10.

Staff is courteous and professional. The equipment is well maintained. Great overall experience.
Also, my son attended (and will attend) Y camp during the summer. Awesome job!
