I recently took a yoga class with Scott on Thursday morning. I was impressed with his teaching and assistance. I will watch the schedule for more classes. I am interested in gentle yoga versus a flowing style. I am also interested in strengthening such as Pilates . I usually attend the Manlius and East Ys

Calm, clean, had what I needed (cardio equipment and weights). The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helped me find my way around, since it was my first time there.
