The variety of choices, mostly in exercise machines, but the daycare and art rooms, as well as the pool, are first-class options. The people are friendly and respectful.
Now, a question for you. If I have an out-of-town guest, can I bring them with me to work out for free?

I like the variety of programs and the different options for exceriseing. The upstairs cardio is a favorite.

I love the availability of all the different aspects of working out such as the pool ,separate free weight room, a separate room for ellipticals and treadmills. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly The employees are very accommodating and polite The facility is very germ conscientious and constantly on top of the equipment. A particularly like the variety of programs for the kids and also the basketball courts It is not lacking for anything.
Good classes (wish there were more dancing to classic 70s dance music—and Zumba!) —I do love all the instructors at the Fayetteville and Manlius Ys. Good equipment and lots on offer. A great community resource!
