Very clean facility with a great variety of classes. I travel here occasionally as the programming at north Y has gone downhill over the last two years. Nice option to have.
Just over all happy with before and after school childcare. The activity pool could have more family swim hours available. Staff is great and activities.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. I wish they were able to find more staff (lifeguards) for the pool area. I have an autistic grandson who loves using the activity pool.

Our 11 a.m. class with Terri on Monday, had an incident. It was unfortunate that there was not adequate back-up for the belligerent member who entered the therapy after being asked to wait until class was finished (a matter of a couple of minutes). I thought perhaps the Y needs a greater as people come into the pool area. I'm sure you are working on protocol. I did not feel in danger, but some other members of the class may have felt that they needed to defend our class leader. Their yelling may have exacerbated the situation.
