The classes!
It’s a blessing for me to live between the North Area Y and the Northwest Y. So I can go to either and have the e privilege to chose classes that fit my schedule np matter which Y I choose to go to! Love them both!
People are friendly, facility is clean, instructors are kind, motivating and knowledgeable.
New equipment and friendly people!
I enjoy the pool temperature, and, appreciate the cold weather adjustment. Our lifeguards are professional, friendly, and, efficient. The cleanliness of the pool and locker room are excellent.
The instructors are always so upbeat, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Classes
I rejoined the Y family of gyms due to Baldwinsville Y having the EGYM and the great walking track.
Having the EGYM brought me back to the North Area Y. I love the efficient workout of the circuit and the people (Margerite and I think "Chris" who is a graduate from SUNY Cortland) are super welcoming and the smaller setting actually makes it a location I want to split my time between (bville and Clay).
We had a long history with the Wetzel Y with my children playing sports there (28 and 25 years old now). It is nice to return!

Great selection of gym equipment, love e gym
Same as I wrote on previous surveys. And, the new paint job looks great in the exercise room, lobby, and hallway.
The people are friendly and inviting. I really enjoy spending time at the North area YMCA and my exercise swim class with Jennifer is the BEST!!!

So far I like everything about the Y. I do feel your weight room is a little outdated compared to Blink/Evolve fitness which I also am a member of.. I have also met nice people there including the staff.
