Best fitness center and pool in CNY! Everything is always so clean, inviting and the pool staff/team are just the best. I've been able to swim on Wednesday evenings after work with one or two lanes available and I can't thank Amanda and an the team enough, its so appreciated to keep a lane up for us lap swimmers, she's a gem!

The YMCA after school program is wonderful to me and my child! I drop her off before work all of the staff have been wonderful and kind! My daughter absolutely loves going there!!! Highly recommend for the kids.

Friendships, interesting classes
I like how there are a number of different classes and the area that I use are usually not too busy, so I can do what I want without too many people around. The people are also friendly!
As an individual member I enjoy the water fitness very much and my insurance covers the cost so it’s great for me! I often recommend it to other seniors
Things to improve:
expensive for families. more than other fitness places the pool for me is a big benefit
My granddaughter had a birthday party planned there and despite how costly it was it was “forgotten” and at the last minute lifeguards had to be brought in party room wasn’t set up pool wasn’t closed for the party. If you’re not going to take care planning steps for the paying client don’t offer it as a service
Very friendly team who make me actually want to go to work out. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.

Friendly Front Staff (All of them.) atmosphere and coffee, which I wish you would offer after 11:00am. Not everyone is available from opening till 11:00 to enjoy coffee.
