I love how community-oriented the Y feels. I feel “at home” there. I especially love Child Watch, the free Wi-Fi, coffee in the morning, and the pool!

The wide variety of programs that are offered and the Lori's Hope program as i am a survior of Breast Cancer and the oportunities offered with that program are outstanding!
I work with a trainer, privately. He is very responsive and always has a plan specific to my needs. I recently injured my knee and he has been adapting my workout to ensure that I am not increasing my pain level.

All staff members have a positive, upbeat attitude and i always feel welcome when I come to the YMCA. This is especially true of the people at the front desk.
Excellent classes and instructors. All staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is always kept extremely clean. Cathy Solan my personal trainer has been such a huge help to me.

I haven't used the gym, though I plan to this Fall. I swim there. The staff in the lobby is always friendly, smiling, and efficient. Mark, the head lifeguard, is a pleasure, though some of the younger kids, probably hired for the summer, aren't the greatest. But I think that's across the board with many young people, I'm sorry to say.
The cleaning staff is friendly and great at keeping the place clean.
The pool is clean and the showers are clean, though some could work a bit better. I think you all do a great job, with a small margin of improvement. THanks for all you do and for letting us give you feedback.
