It was easy enough to use but First name removed Graduated with a Special Diploma in 2013, but he entered the Pass Program till 2022. I am hoping to get everything included because that is what the College Program requests.

The purchase process was straight forward. However, I wasn't aware of an obligation on my daughter's account. I would recommend an improvement in communication about any obligations before customers log into the eStore to complete transactions.

It would be nice if we could also get a transcript copy to download right away. Just so we can review. Ok to charge for it, but to download right away for reference, so we are not waiting to view the official one for weeks.
