I was running into issue with my Son not showing up on e-store. I reached out to E Store customer service line ( provided by manatee bay School Admin) and spoke to Ana. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the error i was receiving. I appreciate all the help provided by Ana. Resolution was smooth and faster. Thank you again to Ana to make my first experience hassle free.

What did you like about your experience?

I had to pay for a book ($10) so my child Edgar Contreras (Bethune Elementary) was able to attend a feild trip last school year and the book was returned to the school from what the teacher advised, and I was never refunded or credited the money paid fpr the book.
