Sandyjo, and Drew are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. OTHER customer service representatives don't seem to be knowledgeable about what's going on, but can't answer questions when asked and don't know where to send you for answers.please You need to have an informational system to inform all employees what is going on in your bldg.

I went on a Saturday morning and it was quiet and uncrowded. Plus the facilities and equipment are in great shape. I’ll be back there.!

I like the hours the therapy pool is available to use. Very clean facility, friendly staff, and nice equipment.
The North Are aquatics department is very organized and the swim instructors are great with the kids.

The Manlius Y has a broader selection of classes included in your membership than the Fayetteville Y. The location is more convenient for me and everyone is very friendly and helpful!

It could use an update in locker rooms. Bathrooms cleaned a little more frequently
I'm a retired maintenance person (not here) so my work experience is where most of my comments come from.
Please replace your flags out front.
Have the person(s) at the front desk acknowledge people as they come in. A simple good morning is a good thing to hear in the morning.
I have reported that the black ball at the "Absolo" device spews out a white substance when used. It has for several months now.
An occasional cleaning of the inside of the locker room lockers would be good.
I'm a tall man and having only one shower that I feel comfortable in is inadequate when someone else is in the one shower. a second would be great.
You have plenty of YMCA bulletin boards. having a community board would be great for members to advertise their business or other social organizations.
It's good to see the renovation of the sauna completed, even though I don't use it.
People and staff are very friendly, and helpful. Very kind staff and instructors.
