The artificial turf for exercise. I don't like weight machines. I would much rather use the field for calisthenics and other full-motion exercises.

the Family YMCA is not too far from the house and it is always very clean. The people who work the front desk are always very friendly and helpful. Mostly use the track but may do some machines.
