The Northwest Family YMCA is phenomenal! You are always greeted upon arrival by membership services to this exceptional clean facility. All of the staff go the extra mile and our genuinely concerned about the members welfare. The E Gym is a great asset to the Y. Olivia does a fabulous job managing the Aquatic Program. I like the multitude of pool activities included in the Aquatic classes, open water walking and swimming lessons. I learned to swim this year as an adult at the Y. Karen, Zumba instructors, Pound instructors and aqua instructors do a suberb job teaching.

Everyone is kind courteous professional and friendly I enjoy very much going to the YMCA to use the therapy pool two or three days a week the only negative which is I live a 20 minute drive from this facility I just wish it was five or 10 minutes away but it is more than worth the trip for what I get back in return

I especially love the variety of group fitness classes. The Y is family friendly and very clean. I also feel safe at the Y.

Programs for all ages, helpful friendly staff and the entire facility is very clean.
I appreciate the AOA programs especially the Pitch Club and would suggest adding similar opportunities for your senior members. I Love the Lazy River and I am really enjoying E-Gym. Most members I know really appreciate the new equipment. The Staff is generally pleasant and helpful, plus I find myself consistently looking forward to my next visit which helps me stay on track with my exorcise regimen.
If I had a criticism, it would be regarding your web site. I'm relatively computer savvy and at times, find it difficult to navigate.
