Friendly employee
I really like the chair yoga classes. They are good for strength, flexibility and m8nd body connection. The egym is a wonderful option for people like me who are intimidated by using the regular workout machines. It takes the guess work out of knowing how to properly use weight training equipment. The water classes are also favorites of mine.

The Y is a beautiful facility and offers so many classes and programs. Everyone working at the Y is extremely helpful and pleasant. I have met so many wonderful members and created wonderful friendships by joining the Y.

The pool area is awesome. The sauna and the pickleball people are great. Love going there.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I love the variety and frequency of aquatic and regular classes. The Instructors are awesome and willing to provide help and their insight. This is a great facility. I also love eGym.

Besides the awesome pickleball, I have taken the Strength in Women class and enjoy using the track and workout equipment regularly. I’m also looking forward to taking advantage of the E-Gym which we are fortunate to have at the NW Y. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well!
I have enjoyed the 10:30am Sunday morning exercise class. The instructor is fantastic!

Everything! The party was flawless! The 2 staff members, were AMAZING! They were so wonderful with the kids and helped with the party which was so and took the stress off of the day with a group of 9 year olds and a slime party. They made the party fun and the kids had a wonderful time.
We will definitely do this again as it was so convenient. Well done Northwest Staff!!
