I live in Bville without family and the Y is a lifesaver for me between aftercare, summer camp and days off of school. The counselors are all very nice and the kids look forward to coming. I also appreciate the affordable swim lessons. I am able to bring my kids at the same time and watch the two pools. I also enjoy the Halloween parties! Thank you for everything you do for the community!!!
The e gym ! It's actually fun to do ! I feel myself getting stronger and I love the fact that there's something for everyone, from my 86 year old dad to my 4 year old granddaughter. I love the feeling of community and the cleanliness of the facility.

Very enjoyable and family friendly your employees are very kind and helpful…most of she members that belong to the Y are also friendly…. The only thing that I would love to see is place to receive a massage other then that everything is great and best of all it very well kept and very clean

I like the fact that there are so many different kinds of programs, including exercise art and music. Staff is all friendly and helpful. There’s always a lot going on there.
The Northwest YMCA is a welcoming place for all. That means so much right now.
The classes - Flex and Balance, and Gentle Yoga - and the track. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

I love working out at the y. The locker rooms are very clean and the employees are very nice.
The only suggestions i have would be:
*Have 2 of each of the most popular leg and arm machines so people don't have to wait for a machine
*Play upbeat music throughout the workout area and on the track. I dont use headphones and the gym is way too quiet.

We love the family activities our Y puts on. Also, it’s wonderful that the staff always says hello and is happy to see us. Our daughter feels right at home at the North Area YMCA.

Area spacious for all types of indoor fitness programs with state of the art equipments. Everybody is nice, helpful and the fitness floor leaders are really good.
Clean neat roomy surroundings, decorum and safety is stressed with disinfection after use.
I enjoy the Northwest Family YMCA experience. I walk and run on the track. The only difficultly I experience is members not following the clearly posted track rules. Parents still allow under 12 children free access to the track and do not have the children at their side. They let the children run free which is a safety issue for all.
The track rules need to be upgraded to state "Please look both ways prior to entering the track" "Please do not stop and talk of the track unless it is an emergency". "Please look over your shoulder before moving or drifting from lane to lane". These are all safety issues!

The facilities are always clean! The staff are beyond friendly, as a parent of 4 kids it's nice having a place with so many options for activities in one place and the price can't be beat!
I love going to the Y. People great and the facility is always spotless. Especially love the therapy pool.
