Everything! I use the pool, the cardio room, the upstairs weight room, the cycling room, even the back of the basketball courts occasionally. In addition, I hope to take music lessons there for the first time this year. I think the East Y is a fantastic community resource for both its facilities and its friendly helpful staff. I think its great that people of all ages from all walks of life get together there and find common ground. It is busy every moment of every open day. I think that speaks to how popular the Y is.
If I had a minor complaint, it would be for the Y to try to clean the men's locker room and the swimming pool walls a little more thoroughly. However, I appreciate that the traffic level in both is very high, as is the challenge to keep them clean.
John works hard to keep the facility clean along with the help of other people of course. I like the instructors in the yoga classes. I also like living so close.
It's a great place to meet people and very family. Orientated and a great place to work! Everyone makes you feel welcome!
The YMCA is inclusive, offers a variety of programs for all ages, has friendly staff members and a great price point for families. Overall a great choice.

The Northwest Y is clean, welcoming and offers good classes and opportunities. It goes beyond a workout place. There are so many people who would never feel comfortable in most other places.
Things that could be better - the timing of classes, especially in the mind body studio. They are too back to back, not allowing for coming and going easily. 10 minutes would make a big difference. Some early afternoon classes would be nice.
