I am nervous about the upcoming new equipment. I'm old and as a general rule, anything starting with "E" isn't good for me. I hope the machines that I Iike to use will remain unchanged.

The Manlius YMCA is a great facility! The staff is wonderful! They are very helpful and friendly. There are so many activities available at the YMCA. It seems the membership numbers have increased since the parking lot and classes are full.
I go to the Wetzel road Y. Much smaller but closer to my home in NO Syracuse. I visited your Y with a friend of mine- Her husband goes to clear path on Wednesday's. We will be coming to your place most Wednesday's.
Beautiful place.
The stools in the locker room are not great for older people changing clothes from swimming-- or changing boots to shoes. Should be a few areas with a bench but room was clean.

The Y staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Several things that could be fixed would be a little better heavy cleaning and better upkeep on the hand sanitizer being replaced. Also, please get the second stairclimber fixed ASAP! We are down to one and they are heavily used. Thanks. Jen Last name removed
Excellent location filled with wonderful staff and programs!
Equipment upkeep and cleaning
Front desk is great.
However repairs in the cardio room are leave much to be desired.
Annual fees go up every year but the star of the equipment remains stagnant.
Some equipment has had notes on them for well over a year maybe 2.
I understand this is likely no the fault of the branch itself but a system problem so I am leaving this comment with the unlikely hope that something will be done about this.

The type and availability of group classes.
I LOVE the North Area Y. My only issue is with the cleanliness of the women's locker room and shower area. It is always FREEZING in those two areas.
It's is a place where you feel welcomed and empowers you to be your best. The location is clean and well managed.
The amount of working amenities are amazing, it awesome amount of things to do, and great courteous staff.
Too small for me. Nice if you live close by, but otherwise its a pass for me.
I love the option of running indoors on the track. The Wednesday morning Running Group with Kelle is wonderful. Kelle is an excellent coach and the camaraderie of the runners makes the workouts fun!
The front desk staff was cordial, helpful and welcoming. The instructor for my pickleball class was patient and skilled.
