Friendly and thorough in explanation. However I discovered when attempting to till my garden for Fall planting that the technicians placed a new bait station in my vegetable garden and I need it removed!
All bait stations were originally placed in the lawn and I was absolutely surprised when the hook of my tiller/cultivator caught the top of the station and lifted it out of the dirt. Please come and relocate that station please. It was not there before. Thanks!

I had a particularly good experience with your Sentricon bait station service on October 6, 2022. My technician (Matthew) from the Orangeburg office showed me that his knowledge and skills are an important asset not only to Terminix but to his customers. The Sentricon stations were badly in need of revamping and Matthew reset, reloaded and recorded all new stations so that we can move forward with confidence that our very old home is protected.
Matthew works with the Orangeburg office manager (Brent) in fulfilling the requirements of the job, but both Matthew and Brent far exceed the minimum requirements in both people skills and technical skills. Thank you to both of you for your care.
Terminix has been great. They stay in contact by phone and email. Show up on time and on date promised. Very efficient and professional. Our last tech was awesome.
The representative stated the reason for the visit and gave me feedback on what he saw. He also said another representative would come out and check the termite bait traps around the perimeter of my house a few weeks later and place new bait down if needed.
