Shawn John did an excellent job on this visit. It's the first time he's been here and hope I can have him again. Don't know if the name is rite but this is the way it was on the order invoice.
Our new technician (4th one in a year), was sympathetic and understood my mentioning that it was a tad frustrating having so many changes without notice. He was professional and completed the service as asked. I would still recommend Terminex, as they do a great job.
