The representative who comes to my home is always courteous and comes in a timely manner. If I request anything or have questions, they are very accommodating. If I need to change an appointment, they are always very friendly with no problem.
Matt was friendly, professional, and explained in detail the service he was providing and the reasoning behind Terminix's methods. We so treasured our previous pest spray person (Pete Chaplin). When Terminix purchased Pete's Pest Control, I didn't know what to expect, but we are off to a great start with Matt. He's a treasure!
