David, terminix rep. was extremely knowledgeable when discussing our issue when we got termites. Managers came out immediately as well when it became extremely problematic to discuss how to handle it because they were in middle of my kitchen bar area. They got their plan together, instituted it and to date December 5th, 2023 (8 months later) termites are gone. We did put traps around home, will pay yearly plan fee to ensure we are protected. They made sure we were comfortable with the fact that they would make sure termites colony would be killed and they would stand behind us all the way. It was a stressful time for us but they convinced us they would not let us down and they did not.
