Norris is our guy. He is very accommodating, personable and knowledgeable. He is always giving us great tips on how to keep the bugs away. He is extremely dependable and even if he is going to be 5 minutes late, he calls. Since we began with Terminex, we rarely see bugs. When we do, they are usually dead. We get quarterly treatments but if we spot bugs in between treatments, Norris gladly comes back and re-sprays.
