Rusty provides your pest service to my 86 yr old mom. His last visit he saw she had some fall decorations sitting out and he asked her if she needed those placed someplace..which turned out it was above her cabinet. He took time out to do that and then ask her if there was anything else she needed done while he was there. That is what makes a good employee and more than that a good person! She appreciated the extra effort and so do I! He earned his gold star that day!

I have used Terminix for a long time. Over 15 years. They have always been courteous and friendly. They respect your home and take steps to make sure they don't track any debris from outside to the inside. They know what they are doing and do it very well.
