They tell you all about Termites, what to look for, what their product does, and how they take care of all your Termite problems if they get into your house. ( and with there product they shouldn’t get into your house.) I had Rusty this time to check the bates and he really did a great job making sure I understood what to look for. Thank you Rusty.
David was great, very detailed in his explanation of the pest control process, and flexible with scheduling. He was very responsive to phone calls/texts, and i felt comfortable signing a contract to have consistent services provided. Would highly recommend David.

Norris is just very good, at what he does. Always on time, always professional.
Even doing business with Terminix for 6 or 7 years for termites. Never had any problems . Their associate Tim Oakes was here the other day and he inspected the inside of my house. While he was here I told him I still get spiders and roaches after using another company. Well he went around the inside and out of my home and sprayed and explained what they do and how the do it. He also fixed some of the termite traps as I had a patio put in the front yard and some had to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite . I was so pleased with his service that I signed up for pest control. Terminix is a great company and the office staff is just so pleasant and helpful. It’s been over a week since Tim was here I have not seen a spider or roach. I’m smiling. Thank you Terminix and thank you Tim. Good Job . Rosi Pescheff
