Our rep, Norris, is AWESOME. He always contacts us ahead of time to allow plenty of time to schedule our appointments. He is always prompt and even if he is going to be even 5 minutes late, he texts and lets us know. He is just the right amount of cordial. I have used Terminix in my homes (5 and counting) since 2010 and will continue to use them. My service pro, Norris Cartrette is someone I trust completely to provide what is best for my home. I have been extremely lucky using Terminix and have never had an issue and hardly ever a callback outside of the normal service.
