Most important fact is that Terminix is keeping all bugs away. Then, the convenience of the use of services. They send reminder text when it is time for service to remain bug free and they offer auto-pay so I don't have to worry with mailing a check for services. I really appreciate these conveniences!

Our rep, Norris, is AWESOME. He always contacts us ahead of time to allow plenty of time to schedule our appointments. He is always prompt and even if he is going to be even 5 minutes late, he texts and lets us know. He is just the right amount of cordial. He always takes time for a short conversation which is so nice!!! Hope represents Terminix well and is the type person I would want as an employee if I owned a company!
