I like the Terminix warranty and product. Most importantly though is my Service Technician, Dennis. He is very responsive, informative, personable, timely, respectful, patient and efficient. Dennis treats me like a person and answers my questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable with him and I think he does an “honest” job! We have had other technicians prior to Dennis in the approximate 10 years we have had this Terminix Service and it was not the same. Of course it is notable to say that I do not or rarely see unwanted “critters”, which is the goal. Thank you.
