DENNIS HORAK IS PHENOMENAL. He has been coming to my house for a year now , and I must say he is VERY good at what he does. He also services my parents house , and they LOVE him as well. He is so friendly & personable , and so thorough. Anytime I call, he always answers! I have never been more satisfied with a pest control company. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE , matter of fact , make him a CEO or something! Lol. Thank you Dennis for being so awesome!

Kristin Gregory is a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable about what she is doing as a technician. She performs her work with confidence and explained what she was going to do before she did it. When the service was performed, she asked for a signature, and wanted know if I wanted to set up the next appointments.
We also learned that this is her new territory. She would be handling the accounts in the neighborhood. That is something I had commented on in the past. Why was Terminix sending different technicians to the homes in the community, instead of having the same technician do the community accounts.
Looking forward to continuing my relationship with Terminix.

The Terminix employees are always courteous, kind and willing to help in any way possible. They always call ahead to schedule appointments, so I always know when they are coming. I believe they do a thorough job of inspectng, and I feel that the Company can be trusted.
