Greg Heideman has been doing our Pest and Termite service for years. He recently gave up the Termite service, turning it over to another technician, but still does our Pest Control. We have been very pleased with his work. That said, he did come to replace a Termite Bait Trap that was removed by the landscaper during some Sod repair to our lawn.
The only issue, and its only happen once in 20-plus years, is getting and extra service if there is a problem.
I subsequently followed up the issue with Greg, he said he never received a message from the office that I had called.
