If it wasn’t for Name removed Robinson- I would not be a client. You have not checked our termite bait stations as contractually obligated-Name removed came out on April 11. Terminax takes my money but does not honor the Terms and Conditions of the agreement between us . Per our contract , the bait stationes are to be inspected once per year, I have cameras throughout my property and Terminax has not honored the contract between us.
Terminex always calls before they come to service our home, that’s comforting to know.
They do a great job.
For the past 23 years we have been Terminex customers mainly in coastal NC. Some of the time I was not entirely pleased with the manner in which things were sprayed. However, since going with your Terminex office we have found Barry to be superior to any technician we have ever had. He is very polite and conscientious and we feel confident when he has been at our home that things are done correctly.

Friendly and always willing to come when there might be an issue. We are part timers at our house, so sometimes we aren’t there for the inside service, they are more than will to come when we are there, even if it’s off schedule. Have used them for 20+ years with no problems!

I have used Terminix for years. I have no pests problems even though my yard is full of oak trees. I trust Johnny Freeman to provide me with this important service.
Kevin always checks to see how things are going and helps adjust things when I have construction projects happening. He helps suggest items that can help us both out such as having some pvc pipe put in on my concrete slab next to my wood building so that they can put the termite rods in the pipe and cover them to keep it neat. Otherwise they would have to cut into the concrete to put them in. Either way can work but one will look far cleaner. I appreciate the care he puts into his work.

Prompt arrival
Outdoor treatment near exterior foundation revealed a leak in our irrigation system we were not aware of. Service technician called me to report the issue so I could call proper company to come fix the problem. I really appreciated the call.
