How well the service guy inspects my house inside and outside.
Honestly the last few times someone came out for my quarterly pest control I was pretty disappointed. They were here less than 15 minutes and when they left I could see things that should have been done but wasn’t. I didn’t feel like I was getting my money’s worth. However with this last visit Jamie Brown did a great job and restored my faith in Terminix.

They explained everything they were going to do, services included and even gave me his personal number incase there was any further issues.
