Representatives in and out of the office are friendly and professional. I am always asked if they could help me with anything else. During one of the inspections, they found I had a leak coming from one of the toilets that was causing moisture within the floorboard and I was notified immediately.

Flexibility: A matter about unrecognized white flakes (almost like soap flakes) in our cellar were unknown by our Terminix representative, but he offered to inquire at his home office.
We had made another appointment (medical) after having our
Terminix visit with our representative agreeing to spray our home first rather than the usual outside to inside routine.
