I have Norway rats up in my attic. I was out of my mind! Reid from the Myrtle Beach office came to my house the first day I called to immediately check out the situation. I’m on a plan where he will set traps and eventually plug up the holes where the critters are coming in. This is a huge part of the process. Reid knew exactly where the critters were coming into my attic. Terminix will stay with me for a year to make sure the rats are gone. Totally huge piece of mind and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Holly explained how she had to check on 4 walls and send a report to Columbia to get approval to check termite traps in the yard. She then did our outside servicing.
