When it’s time for quarterly service, Chris sends a text. We set a date and time that works for both of us. Chris remembers my homes layout, so the service is fast, through and without issue. Love how easy she makes it.

We have had Terminex service for 26 years & we would never choose any other. Right on time every quarter without me having to worry about keeping up with scheduling appt. Friendly, dependable technician who does a very thorough job. If we have ever seen any type of problem in between visits a technician returns quickly & takes care of the issue.
