What I like most about the services are that the technicians arrive on time for the appointments and explain everything involved in the process for the visit that day. The technician also provided information on other services that are offered, it may be beneficial. They are also very mindful of the customer’s time and try to respect it.
Good communication, service provided as represented and sold, cordial and professional technicians speaks well for Terminix management and HR practices. The employees to whom we have been exposed ALL seem to be pleased with employment at Terminix. We have experienced similar traits in the many Terminix inspectors during our decades of association with Terminix - when we lived in GA and since moving to Huntersville
