Technician arrived on time and allowed me to point out specific areas that needed attention. He took great care in sweeping away spider webs around doors and windows. Placed mouse traps / glue boards in garage and attic as preventive measures since weather is getting much colder. Checked in sunroom to make sure there was no sign of ants that have been a problem in the past.
