Miss Dahlia (spelling?), usually arrives to the job a little ahead of the scheduled start time. She is ready to work soon after arriving. She is polite and does a good job of answering any questions that I may have, in addition to giving me an easy to understand assessment of her findings. Dahlia is consistent about checking the areas of my home that are supposed to be checked during the annual inspections.
The individuals that service our home always listen to what we have going on and then proceed to service based on those concerns. They have all been very polite and hard working.
