I've always been pleased with the service received from Terminix. They are a very reliable company. The service techs are knowledgeable and friendly and take the time necessary to answer your questions. In addition to their Termite Control Service, we also use their Pest Control Service. Braden is a fine fella. Watch out for Pete though. He's a regional manager who came with Braden for the January 2025 pest control visit. He tried to do a sales job on me for a crawl space vapor barrier when the humidity readings didn't warrant one and for blown-in bug-killing insulation in the attic that would save me some questionably high percentage on my power bill. He couldn't support his savings claim with any written evidence.
