I'm pleased with Terminix; they are a longstanding and reliable company. The service techs are knowledgeable and friendly and answer your questions. Having said that however, Daniel is the absolute best. He is very personable and professional. He did the termite inspection for our house for many years, then the company promoted him and he began working another area. Sorry to see him go, but happy that Terminix recognized his abilities and rewarded him. In addition to their termite service, we have used their pest control service for several years. Daniel did the last pest control visit and it is amazing how thorough he is, not just in doing the actual work but also in communicating what he did. He did more than just check the block for sweeping down reachable spider webs. He wrote in the Additional Comments section of the invoice exactly what he did in detail, something that other tech do not do, but should do. He does the work and doesn’t spend time trying to sell me an expensive vapor barrier for the crawl space when I don’t have a moisture problem there.

My pest control technician, Rob is very personable and explains everything well. I just moved here from Florida where I used Terminix for many years but decided to shop around to check out the companies in this area and no one could compare to Terminix. The quality of service and value can’t be matched. Now that I’ve met my technician he’s made me feel welcome to the community as someone I can call if we have a problem with any pest control issues. I highly recommend using Terminix not only are they a nationally recognized company, but they’re the best in the town.
Timely, efficient, professional, with great customer service. Whenever we need a follow up visit after our initial appointment, Terminix responds in a timely manner. Being in a new development we have had an issue with spiders, slugs and all kinds of creepy crawlies inside and outside of the home. Terminix was able to put together a treatment plan to address our issues. They will clear out the cobwebs too. If I have one concern it is that the traps that they use catches those small lizards that eat the bugs that are part of their diet. Other than that we have been pleased with our service.
We love our Technician, David Garcia! He is professional, courteous, sincere & genuine! He handles any needs and concern & addresses them thoroughly! He is a great asset to Terminix!

Vien, our technician is the best! He is very thorough, knowledgeable about pests and very pleasant to my wife and I. Terminix offers us a 3% yearly savings if we pay upfront. I was going to give the office my credit card to pay the yearly deal and the nice office lady explained how their is a charge of 3% using the credit card but she said Vien would pick up our check and drop it off to the office. He had no problem doing this for us. This company is very pleasant to deal with and if I see any bugs crawling in the house they will come back n/c. You can’t beat that. Keep up the good work!
