Service techs are responsive and dependable. They come out in between regular visits when I call with no complaint. I also appreciate the friendly staff who answer the phone, make detailed notes and schedule appointments. We have used Terminix for pest control service and termite control for many years and are pleased with their customer service. Only suggestion I would make is to ensure your technicians are physically fit (limber) enough to get in and out of smaller areas, like crawl spaces. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you!

Dependable
These guys are really good. It's been a couple of years now, and I haven't been the best customer; late payments, missed appointments,.. Not once have I gotten an attitude, or excessive calls demanding payment. The service is really good too, and they come back right away, if not.
