I did not realize Terminix addressed furry pests as well as the more traditional ones until my wife saw and carefully disinvited a baby mouse from our dwelling. The next morning I suggested she call Terminix to inquire if they handled that kind of intruder or could give us a recommendation. Somewhat surprised but pleased, she informed me someone from Terminix would be there the next morning to address our need. Thanks again to our Terminix team for their quick response and action.

From requesting service with Terminix through finishing with their application of baits and sprays, their customer service has been superb. The agents, via phone and in person, attentively listened to our concerns and put a great plan in place. Almost two weeks later, we have only seen one mouse comparatively to the multiple mice before Terminix accessed what was needed to control our mice. Thanks to Terminix for their excellent service.
