Amy has been an amazing person to work with. She did the initial inspection at our house when we bought it and we hired Terminix right after that. Almost as soon as we moved in we had a cockroach infestation and are now dealing with carpenter ants and Amy took it all with stride and worked with us. She answered all our questions and made sure we knew what we were dealing with. In general, the company is great and would recommend to anyone, especially in the Charlotte/matthews area.
