In Waxhaw, we all love Micheal, the associate with Terminex who serviced our homes. Last year, Micheal changed to another position with the company and was replaced by Mr. Wagner, who has proven to be equally reliable, friendly and professionally. I have recommended him to my neighbors. Keep up the good work in Waxhaw! I don't know what you're doing to find these employees, but they are great. They treat customers as if Terminex is their own company.
