Paul called to let me know his arrival time. He arrived on time and was very professional.
We discussed my concerns of the termite boxes/bait stations planted around my yard, that a number of them had loose fitting tops or no tops at all. I believe there are 27 stations in total and Paul replaced tops on 17 or 19. Disgusting to think I am paying $350.00 per year for this service and I had to follow on matter, why is someone not coming out multiple times a year to check on these bait stations? I would appreciate a response to this question. By the way, my contract for termite bait renews in May each year, however, the annual service was not done until July, another question I would like an answer to...Paul and Josh are amazing workers very professional and knowledgeable
