The Terminix assigned at our request Thomas McCombs to always provide all required Terminix services. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Thomas for his professionalism and his customer-oriented behavior/attitude. We always appreciated how fast he has responded to our requests for services different from regular maintenance services. We must also mention that during his regular/maintenance services he is informing us about issues identified which are impacting the outcome of his services. For instance, during the recent termite control, he identified in crawlspace leaks coming from the humidifier. This allowed us to immediate call Moisture Loc to fix the issue.
We must congratulate Terminix management for assigning a technician for a customer or group of customers. This allows Terminix to track the history and outcomes off all services provided by the assigned technician.
