We've had quarterly visits from Terminex since 2002 and have had no problems during that time. The technicians are professional, on time and very cognizant of the family's privacy during their visits.
We have also had a few times we needed an in-door treatment a few weeks after they did an outdoor visit (at our request), they have always been fine with coming for a second visit.
We'd recommend Terminex to anyone looking for a positive treatment for pest control.
