I appreciate the thoroughness that the Terminix representative showed during her visit. It was a bit hectic with other repairs going on in both my community and my home and she continued without issue despite having to be flexible with where she started and stopped. She was very punctual and quick.
Terminex will return for additional insect treatment between the normal quarterly service if there are issues at no additional charge.
We have had the technician return on several occasions when ants showed up in our kitchen and pantry. The technician traced the infestation back to a colony on the outside of our home and treated them at the source.
Carter explained everything he was doing around my house and there was no pressure to get the Terminix service.
