Inspection have been very thorough. The young man that just completed the annual inspection was very professional while walking me through what he was going to inspect for. He informed me when the process was completed that there were no signs of termites. When checking the bait stations, he replaced one that was damaged by water. Took his time to make sure everything was ok.
Dillon my technician is wonderful. He goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with the service before he leaves. He always ask if I have any concerns or specific problem areas. Hope he doesn't leave Terminix.

The exterminator was very knowledgeable and professional, he took care of all the areas of concern I had discussed with him. He had great attention to detail and he even sprayed an area in my home where I had concerns about ants but had forgotten to tell him, I really appreciated that he took his time and went the extra mile to ensure that every area of my home was covered. Also I have a dog and he was very clear about the precautions I needed to take to ensure she was not exposed to anything harmful as he was treating my home. I am very happy with my service.

Effective!! We had a horrible mosquito problem at our house. With Terminix treatments, the mosquitos are gone!! Terminix staff are friendly, & always communicate to us when they’re coming, and what they’re doing! Highly recommend!
Good service. I talked to the clerk about our potentially escaped cat, to try to watch for her. She ended up being in the house. But the clerk said at the end of her chemical spraying that she did not see it. We appreciated her watching for our kitten! Thank you.
