We've been with Terminix for some time now and have always been very satisfied with the professionalism exhibited by the technicians that come to service our home. Prior to our most recent service visit, we were kept informed of the technician's schedule and estimated arrival time. The most recent technician, Caitlyn, is an excellent professional who explained what she was about to do, answered our questions fully and explained what she had done when the job was completed. She then followed up the visit with an email which again explained what she did during the service call. I would highly recommend Terminix to anyone who has a pest problem or wants an annual service contract as we do.
