Our Terminix service provides all the pest controls we need around our home. Bugs don’t get in and mice stay out of the crawl space. The termite stations are checked each year and the inspection is thorough with no evidence of termites.
Robert does excellent work. He is knowledgeable, experienced and very responsive to requests and questions. I appreciate that he is always our technician. He is very pleasant each time he’s here.

My crawlspace encapsulation and dehumidifier done by Terminex keeps it between 40% and 50% relative humidity. Before it was at 80% to 90%. I had mold issues and a spongy kitchen floor that had to be replaced, out of pocket because my insurance considers that flood damage. Al at Terminix installed the encapsulation and it is working great! Thanks Al! And we don't have a bug problem!
