I like the professionalism of my tech Ismael. Not only his professionalism, but he is friendly and easy to talk with. He completes each service fully. He anticipates issues such as weather and will reach out if anticipated weather conditions are not expected to be favorable for a treatment. Also, if he is running behind schedule because of an earlier appointment he will call with an anticipated ETA. Ismael is always punctual.

We have been with the same exterminating company for over 25 years. It was a small family owned company that is no longer servicing the Charlotte area. We also just moved into a new home. We knew we needed exterminating services, but were very hesitant to go with a new company - much less a large company. Several of our new neighbors recommended Terminix of Matthews/Mint Hill, so we decided to give them a try. I am happy to say that it was a wonderful experience!
They were very forthcoming with all of the charges/fee (& when I did some research to compare Terminix with other Charlotte companies, their pricing was very competitive). They treated our entire home (which had been sitting vacant for almost a year before we moved in)...and we also had the yard treated for mosquitos. We have not had ANY problem with mosquitos the entire summer! (which is quite miraculous in a Charlotte Summer!). About a month after they sprayed we started noticing some ants....I called them and they quickly responded by having someone come back out to treat those areas again (at no charge). **Finally I must say that the young man they sent out to treat our home was just great!
Jaylen was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and polite. Sometimes it can be uncomfortable to have a stranger in your home - but Jaylen was a delight!
I would highly recommend Terminix if you are looking for an exterminating company.
