The service tech that checked out my crawl space gave me a great report. He also took a picture of a gas line that ran under my house that needed to be looked at. He didn’t have to do that, it had nothing to do with his inspection. I thanked him and then called my heating and air company. Turns out I had flexible gas lines that needed to be replaced. I am very thankful that he let me know. I am much safer now with new pipes.
